As the Founder and CEO of G2, Inc., Mr. Green is responsible for creating and communicating the corporate strategy and shaping the company’s culture. In this role, Mr. Green is ultimately responsible for ensuring that G2’s Research and Development intersects with and solves emerging client challenges. Mr. Green is passionate about the art of innovation; he strongly encourages his employees to question the status quo and run with their ideas. As a result, G2 consistently produces new and innovative capabilities that it provides to its clients in the form of targeted solutions. Over the last 17 years, Paul has focused his efforts on building a scalable business platform that can produce sustainable results for clients, employees, and shareholders long into the future. Paul is a graduate from the US Merchant Marine Academy, and was honorably discharged from the US Naval Reserves after eight years of service.
As co-founder and Director of Capabilities Development, Mr. Chapple is the Chief Information Officer for G2, Inc. In this role he is responsible for transforming innovative concepts and prototypes into commercial-grade capabilities for clients in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and the Civilian sector. Mr. Chapple has nearly 20 years of experience in Information Technology specializing in Computer Network Defense. Mr. Chapple has a B.S. in Computer Science from Bowie State University and an active CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification since 2001.
Mr. Senholzi serves as the Vice President of Strategic Programs. In this role, he is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the G2 business development program and associated activities. Mr. Senholzi has over thirty years experience providing advanced technology solutions and services to public and private sector customers. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Senholzi successfully managed business development programs at both large and small IT-focused companies. Mr. Senholzi has a B.S. in Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA in Marketing/Management from Drexel University.
Amy Orzechowski serves as the Director of People Services for G2, Inc. In this role, she monitors security programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations. Mrs. Orzechowski also plans and coordinates activities relating to the protection and safeguarding of both client and employee information. She ensures that established goals and objectives are accomplished with prescribed priorities, time limitations, and fiscal responsibilities. Mrs. Orzechowski provides support for all government reviews, as well as internal corporate evaluations. She has 18 years of experience in government and contracting security. Mrs. Orzechowski holds a B.S. in Organizational Security and Management, a Master’s in Business Administration, and the Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification through the National Classification Management Society.
