JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software applications. Also reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including coding, testing, debugging, installing, and documenting to support an organization’s software applications.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

-2 or more years of work experience in requirements analysis/generation
-Java, C++, Perl, Python (these software languages are a minimum), and some experience in PL/SQL and HTML.
-Must demonstrate an understanding of software development, requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis and design, testing, configuration management, and quality control.
-An understanding of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is desired.
-Must demonstrate teaming and leadership ability.

CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING:

A Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline is preferred but not required.

CLEARANCE:

A TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph is highly preferred.
